Available to Employees signed on all Packages.
Monthly Activity:
Employees will have access to virtual training sessions every month based on their area of development and level of growth. These Virtual Training Sessions will be facilitated by renowned Training Experts in specific fields and will follow a Calendar of Training Topics. Training Topics will be curated based on Employers Recommendations and Employee Assessment. Available to Employees signed on all Packages.
Bi-Monthly Activity:
Employees will also have access to Group Coaching Sessions twice every month facilitated by Expert Business Coaches. These Bi Monthly Group Coaching Sessions will be where Employees share the challenges and difficulties they are facing with work in exchange for Solutions. This is also the place where Individual Personality Assignments will be conducted. Available to Employees signed on all Packages.
Quarterly Activity:
Employees will have the options to choose between Physical or Virtual Training Sessions. The Physical Trianing Sessions will be at select central locations for easy access. Available to Employees signed on Quarterly & Annual Packages.
Bi-Annual Activity:
Bi Annual Activity: Twice every year, The National Employee Development Program will conduct Employee Performance Reviews and Accountability Sessions for the Employees signed on for our Annual Package. These Performance Reviews and Accountability Sessions will be hosted by External Professional Productivity Coaches with information from the Company. Available to Employees signed on Annual Packages.
Annual Activities:
  1. National Employee Growth Conference: This is a National Event that will bring together employees from all over the country to participate in a full day Growth Conference where Speakers from all diverse Business Areas and Industries will speak on Employee Productivity, Efficiency and Development Topics. This Conference will be both Virtual and Physical and will be the height of all Employee Development Workshops, Trainings and Coaching for the year. Available to Employees signed on all Packages.
  2. Employee Excellence Awards: Employee Excellence Awards is a Platform where Employers get to Reward their Top Performing Employees on a National Stage! Talk about Proud Recognition! Employers and Employees from across the country come together for a night of glitz and glamour and top performing employees are celebrated and awarded by all. Its truly an event to crown the working year and to inspire all employees to put in their best the following year. Available to Employees signed on all Packages.
Other Activities:
  1. Employee Help Center: Employees will have access to mediums where they can seek help or support during their daily work routines. These mediums will be:
    - Dedicated Phone Number for Calls or SMS or Whatsapp
    - Dedicated Email
    - Google Form where Employees can fill out their enquiries
  2. Professional Services: Employees will also have access to heavily discounted and/or sometimes free Professional Services to give them outlets for their problems. Some of the outlets will be:
    - Alternative Health Consultations
    - Therapy
